Due to the “Tenancy Fee Ban” law, from the 1st of June 2019 all tenancy reference checks, and credit checks will be a chargeable service which will be charge at the minimum.

Tenants reference checks (Contacting previous landlords and employers. Making sure the ID’s, payslips and bank statements provided are legitimate together with the rest of the income documents):

Let Only Basis (5% of gross rent)

Let Only Basis (6% of gross rent) +

Let and Rent Collection: (8% of the Gross Rent)

Full management: (12% of the Gross Rent)

Cribs Estates Ltd also offering the best rates in the market for the guaranteed rent schemes the landlords is no more worried about their void periods we took the property on the guaranteed rent and the landlord has the peace of mind by having the money in his account without any hassle.

The guaranteed rent differentiates in according to the market condition and the economic condition of the country and other factors which as well we analyse before taking a property on guaranteed rent but generally, we offer best rents as compared to the market rates.
